For example, access may be legal when there is a reasonable suspicion of gross breaches of duties. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control and monitoring of employees: Datatilsynet has a practical <a href=\"https:\/\/www.datatilsynet.no\/personvern-pa-ulike-omrader\/personvern-pa-arbeidsplassen\/veileder-om-kontroll-og-overvaking-i-arbeidslivet\/\">guide<\/a> for control measures on the job, and since 2024 there are clarified <b>prohibition<\/b> from monitoring employees\u2019 use of electronic devices beyond narrow exceptions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Camera surveillance: Requirement of clear purpose, clear information (signage) and <b>deletion when the purpose is achieved<\/b>.
